Please find the steps we take to patching a tyre from the inside:

1. First, we remove the tyre and check thoroughly to ensure it’s repairable
2. We locate and properly mark the puncture. We then remove foreign objects that might have stuck inside.
3. We then drill the puncture-hole from the tyre's inside.
4. Next, the puncture is also drilled from the outside till no resistance is felt.
5. We then thoroughly clean an area of 2 cm around the puncture hole.
6. On tyre’s inside, the area around the puncture is buffed to ensure maximum adhesiveness.
7. We then remove all dust, the repair area must be clean..
8. We then reinforce thepuncture groove and the buffed with a vulcanising accelerator.
9. Time to plug the puncture — the patch’s tail is weaved all through the puncture hole.
10. From the tyre’s outside, the tail is pulled, so the patch rests tight and flushes internally.
11. Using a corrugated tyre stitcher, the patch is spin around from its centre to its edges. It causes eliminating air bubbles and ensure full contact with the buffed tyre interior.
12. The repair-patch and plug-base are sealed with an inner liner sealant.
13. The tyre is fitted onto the wheel and filled up with the right pressure.
14. Finally, the plug is cut to level it with the tyre’s tread. The tyre repair is complete!
